Virgil Abloh continues to be talked about.
On the occasion of his first exhibition, entitled “Figures of speech” and scheduled at the Museum of contemporary art in Chicago from June 10th to September 22nd, the designer will open a pop-up dedicated to Louis Vuitton products, the maison for which he takes care of menswear.
Among these, the 6 new items of a limited edition capsule.
The capsule signed by Abloh stands out for being totally orange, from the cap to the sunglasses, from the belt to the trunk, from the sneakers to the backpack.

The temporary store will be open from June 8th to July 7th in West Randolph street, in the West loop neighborhood of Chicago. Like some of the previous Vuitton pop-ups, the space will feature a giant mannequin, this time in an orange shade to match the capsule for sale.
Furthermore, on the fourth floor of the Museum of contemporary art, the designer will inaugurate another pop-up, called Church & state and dedicated to the products of his Off-White label.
The Griffin Gallery of interiors exhibition will honor the designer’s work and his point of view in fashion, in particular streetwear. It will offer an in-depth look at its continuous artistic evolution and will also present the designer’s work in other areas, such as the design of furniture, graphic works and architectural interventions.
During the exhibition, Abloh will also exhibit the multiplayer and custom mixers created in collaboration with Pioneer Dj, demonstrating the need to go beyond industrial dynamics in order to establish a real connection between music, fashion and architecture.
